Mig Welding

A welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire elctrode and the workpiece metal. This arc heats the workpiece metal, causing the metal and wire electrode to melt and join together.

Tig Welding

An arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The weld area is protected from atmospheric contamination by an inert shielding gas and a filler metal is normally used. Some welds, known as autogenous welds, do not require this filler metal.

CNC Plasma Table

The computer numercial controlled (CNC) process is one of the newest forms of plasma cutting. A plasma cutting table that uses the CNC process has a fixed plasma torch that is controlled by a computer which moves the plasma torch over the material in a pre-programmed pattern.
